Dr. Randall Stewart’s journey began after earning his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Drawn to the vibrant and growing community of Charlotte, Dr. Stewart relocated with his wife, Rebecca, to start a practice that prioritized both health and relationships.
As the practice grew, so did the Stewart family’s involvement. Dr. Stewart’s daughter, Dr. Melissa Stewart, joined the team over a decade ago, bringing her expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry. Together, they expanded Stewart Dental Group into a multi-generational, family-owned practice. Lauren Stewart, another of Dr. Stewart’s children, further enriched the team by becoming a dental hygienist.

With over four decades of experience, Dr. Randall Stewart’s dedication to dentistry is matched only by his commitment to his community. A graduate of The University of Florida and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, he has made Charlotte his home and built Stewart Dental Group into the trusted practice it is today.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Stewart enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Dr. Melissa Stewart
Following in her father’s footsteps, Dr. Melissa Stewart combines technical skill with genuine care to help patients achieve their dental health goals. A Gold Plus Invisalign® Provider, she specializes in aligners, cosmetic dentistry and sleep apnea treatments.
Dr. Melissa’s passion for helping others extends beyond the office. A Charlotte native, she values the opportunity to connect with the community that shaped her. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, walking her three dogs and experimenting with plant-based cooking.
