About Dr. Melissa Stewart
Dr. Melissa Stewart is a general and cosmetic dentist specializing in aligners, sleep apnea and cosmetic dentistry. Working with families, helping change patients’ lives and discovering new technologies are some of Dr. Melissa’s favorite parts of her job. She is an advocate of continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society and the Charlotte Dental Society.
Dr. Melissa grew up in Charlotte, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In 2019, she completed a mini-residency at UNC School of Dentistry.
Dr. Melissa loves that dentistry enables her to serve others and is a strong believer in giving back to her community. She was a Standout Charlotte Honoree, which recognized her work as a young professional in the community and raised money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is so excited to lead the Porcelain Veneers Masterclass.
